Smokeless Cooking competition

Smokeless cooking results:

 It was wonderful to see them making the food with true spirit and great enthusiasm and an evident display of their culinary skills was visible. Working in a team as a part of it gave them a feeling of togetherness and cooperation but overall they all came up with great integration producing the final product. 





Puppet Making Competition


Students displayed their crafty and artistic skills along with expression and imagination personified in their Puppets. It was lovely to see the enthusiasm and  acknowledge the risks that they have taken in creating a balanced product whose not alive but has been made lively  with their creativity.

Various tyre games


PSPE is an integral part of the unit of inquiry. Students of all abilities were challenged to improve their movement skills. Students were engaged in performing different games related to tyres.



Role play- Jerry the taxi driver


To enhance their communication & listening skills, a role play " Jerry the taxi driver" has been performed by the students in the classroom. This role play make them understand the different reasons why people use transport.




Tyre printing


The art teacher 
demonstrated the making of tyres using M-seal... which can be used to create different block designs using colours. Students enjoyed a lot during this activity.



Transportation in arts


Arts provide a unique vehicle to enhance the understanding of the unit of inquiry & provide with the range of mediums to access it. Students created  hot air balloons by  cutting & pasting during this unit" How we organize ourselves".



Provocation to start the inquiry


 Being curious about the nature of learning, about the world & systems, a real tyre was put  in the class. The main aim was to involve them actively in their own learning They started putting inquiries related to it & the unit of inquiry has been started.
